Terms

Terms.

Last updated 5 June 2026 · v1 draft

These terms cover your use of Hypothesisly during early access. By using the product you agree to them. They’re written plainly; the binding version will be reviewed by counsel before general availability.

The service

Hypothesisly audits a website and produces ranked, falsifiable hypotheses. It is an analysis tool: it does not run experiments, does not modify your site, and does not guarantee any particular outcome. You’re responsible for deciding what to test and for running those tests.

Early access

During early access, features may change and availability is not guaranteed. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly unless you choose annual. Founding-cohort pricing is locked for 12 months on annual plans. There’s no minimum term on monthly plans; cancel any time and you keep what you’ve produced.

Acceptable use

  • Only submit sites you own or are authorised to audit.
  • Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the service except under a white-label agreement.
  • Don’t use the service to break the law or another party’s rights.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" during early access. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

This is a plain-English v1 draft, not finished legal advice. Have it reviewed by counsel and tailored to your jurisdiction before launch. Questions: hello@hypothesisly.com.
